When we got there, as we imagined it so beautifully and for some time, it worked fine. The problem (as best I can describe it) has started happening about a week after use. When you turn the device off, the music is played, but only for a while 'before going quiet - no sound. The time it takes to get comfortable reach. Sometimes it is very gradually over several minutes, just start to become calmer and calmer, until we can no longer hear. Sometimes it's almost instantaneous - we may hear one or two words of the song before it goes silent. Once comfortable (or really stupid) the only way to make it sound new or listen to sound, turning the unit to start again. Should we have to do this about 10-12 times that the music playing at the volume you want for one fee to play and even then the volume will gradually diminish over time, I sent the above description, according to the manufacturer their instructions, and maybe I can recommend this product as a result of their actions, so we'll see even more. (Update) Since posting this I immediately contacted Vers. They have delivered a new unit with a return label. After receiving the new unit, I will return the defective unit. Hopefully this solved my problem anyway, I am very pleased with the customer service of the verse. I have no problem recommending their product now. (Update 2 - Had to delete my review and repost it with the right star / Product rating) is about 2 weeks now that we have a new 2x Verse directly from the manufacturer and so far so good. One thing is for sure, their customer support is the best I've ever received for each product. Return shipping of the defective unit was covered and I'm in Canada! The problem has been recognized and displayed as a known bug, but all new devices is no longer the problem it was a problem with older units, and only about 5% of them had this problem ... So, if after a week or so terms of use do not have the sound to fade, you should be good to go. Duhon love look and feel. But after a few days, the volume will decrease gradually. Get off and on again would be deafening volume max. Later it will happen again. After a few days, the volume would remain at zero, and could not be increased. Occasionally it would return to the max and quickly plunge to zero. Return hope for a better model, before giving up. Second unit was also faulty - this time just off after playing for 2 or 3 sets of 3 minutes transport to the drain. Avoid this product at all costs. Dec. 12 people found this review helpful. Hermosa - sound and design for this Chaudy is a great product! Much better than the Bose SoundDock for less than half the price! The entire project is highly regarded, since first opening the box (unpleasant surprise - thank you) for a two-minute sound great with a surprising amount of a small speaker. And the base is really impressive (actually too much for me, I had to tone it down through my iPod). Cherry finish is very nice.
